Established in 2001, Portland Urban Pet Services has quickly become Portland’s premier pet care service.   Born out of a desire to provide a customized care service for people and their pets, PUPS Pet Care Specialists receive on-going service training, and are updated frequently in areas of best practice, animal husbandry, professional standards, and safety and security issues. Our network of Pet Care Specialists is supported by an experienced team of experts in the fields of veterinary medicine, transportation, behavior training, and animal massage therapy. We believe in helping you to create a lasting and rewarding relationship with your companion, and providing you with an unmatched quality of service.

·PUPS Pet Care Specialists will provide references at any time.
·PUPS Pet Care Specialists are experienced in caring for pets and are always clearly mindful of their safety and well-being.
·PUPS Pet Care Specialists will provide written literature describing our services and stating all prices and fees.
·PUPS Pet Care Specialists will visit the client's home before the first pet sitting assignment to meet the pets and get detailed information about their care.
·PUPS Pet Care Specialists will show a positive attitude during the initial meeting and will exude confidence and competence dealing with animals.
·PUPS Pet Care Specialists will learn as much as possible about the animals in his or her care.
·PUPS Pet Care Specialists will provide a service contract, which specifies services and fees.
